Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring that tiles and bathware are securely protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the return label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier or schedule a pickup for larger palletized bathroom fixtures.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
